Return Policy Overview:

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.

Process for Returns:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at info@legendstgifts.com for the appropriate return address.
Refunds:
- Inspection: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email notification of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Special Conditions:
- Partial Refunds: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@legendstgifts.com.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- High-Value Items: For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts:
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Non-Gift Returns: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
