Return Policy

Return Policy Overview:

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.

Condition: Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.

Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Newspapers and magazines
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items

Process for Returns:

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@legend13.com for the appropriate return address.

Refunds:

Inspection: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email notification of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Special Conditions:

Partial Refunds: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, may be eligible for a partial refund.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@legend13.com.

Additional Information:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

High-Value Items: For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts:

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Non-Gift Returns: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
